Friday nights, 6:00 to 8:00 PM, August 28 through October 2, 2026
Learn to create pottery from beginning to end in this six-week beginner wheel-throwing program. Designed for adults with little or no pottery experience, the camp teaches students how to prepare and center clay, form vessels on the pottery wheel, trim their work, and finish their pieces with glaze.

Hands-on instruction in centering clay and raising it into simple bowl forms. All materials and support provided. Lessons modified based on age.

Instruction and guidance to build your own unique ceramic sculptures, bowls, cups, or figurative pieces. Includes 5 lbs of clay and firing.

Take already-fired ceramic pieces and bring them to life with colorful glazes, the special paints that turn shiny and smooth after firing.
